Hiking the highest mountain in Wales & England

Nana September 16, 2021

Two weeks ago, my mom, brother, and I hiked Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and England. We reached the summit in about four hours, and the breezy weather made it enjoyable. Nana October 14, 2020

This quote struck a chord with me during a rough patch when I found myself dreading each day, waking up sluggish and unmotivated, and struggling to balance medical school with my well-being. I realized I needed to shift my habits—incorporating regular exercise, healthier meals, and a more positive mindset—to cultivate a life that inspires me each morning.
