Two weeks ago, my mom, brother and I hiked the highest mountain in Wales and England - Snowdon. We reached the summit in 4 hours. My legs were dead tired by the time we got there haha. Luckily, the weather was nice and breezy so it made the hike quite enjoyable. There were some areas that were hella steep and rocky but we made it. I am so proud of my mama, who recently turned 54, for hiking so long and for enduring the hard paths. Here are pics from the hike!
We actually planned on hiking up and down the mountain but after reaching the summit, my mom’s leg started to hurt quite badly so we took the train down. Overall, it was a great activity to do with the family. It was also a nice break after studying for my (ETA5) exam where I was very sedentary for weeks. I look forward to doing more challenging activities like this with my family in the future :3
