Life highlights:
At the start of the new year, my family went to Winter Wonderland in London, and it was a fun and wholesome experience. I’ve always loved seeing my parents and siblings so happy and joyful.
Moving and adjusting to a new town and university: It took me quite a while to settle down in my new flat. For example, the blinds wasn’t installed in my bedroom yet so I had to improvise by using one of the cardboard boxes we used to store and move our stuff, haha.
My boyfriend and I decided that we will take turns to travel to each other’s places at least every other weekend. I’m so lucky to have someone who is willing to go through this ‘mini-long distance relationship’. (It takes about 3 hours via public transport to get to his place and vice versa.)
Tried to wake up early (5-6 am) as an attempt to be more productive (including going to gym in the morning before lectures) but learned that I’m not an early bird because I feel tired throughout the day despite getting enough sleep (min. 7 hours)
Learned that I don’t need physical copies of textbooks - eBooks/PDFs are the way to go
Same for unit workbooks or any sort of non-official papers really, haha. I can simply use a scanner app on my phone and upload it as a file to one of my cloud storages and tada~ instant access anywhere yay

Simu Liu answered my question on his live video on Instagram >u<
I was watching ‘Kim’s Convenience’ (a TV series) on Netflix around this time. Simu Liu is one of the main characters and so naturally, I followed him on social media as well. One day, he went live on Instagram, and I don’t normally comment/write anything on any live Instagram things but that day I was like, ‘Eh, why not?’ so I wrote “favourite memory of your life so far?”… and he answered. I was fangirling/squealing quite a lot at that point haha.
With love,
Nana
