1. Bread + peanut butter + sliced banana + cinnamon
2. Oatmeal + chocolate protein powder
3. Oatmeal (with soya milk) + blueberries + honey
4. Super berry granola + soya milk + sliced banana + blueberries with black coffee
- lunches and dinners -
1. Garlic & chipotle chicken + rice + salad (with balsamic & olive oil dressing)
2. Nepalese dal bhat (rice + lentils) with palak paneer (cheese + spinach) + aloo (potato) + chicken breasts / Akash's mom made this hehe
3. Beef bolognese (low fat) + pasta (not pictured)
4. Pad kra pao (spicy Thai chicken + basil) + rice
5. Ramen with eggs

1. Apple
2. Grapes
3. Almonds
4. graze smokehouse BBQ crunch (this is so bomb)
